When will my pre-order ship?

Our planners are produced after the pre-order period closes. Please allow approximately 90 days for manufacturing and delivery to us. Once they arrive, we'll carefully inspect, pack, and ship your order as quickly as possible. We'll also keep you updated by email along the way.
Why does it take 90 days?

Each ordered steps planner is professionally manufactured with premium materials. Rather than mass stocking, we produce based on pre-orders to maintain quality and reduce waste.
When will I be charged?

Payment is processed at the time you place your pre-order. This reserves your planner and allows us to begin production once the pre-order window closes.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If something's changed, just send us a quick email with your order number. Address updates are easy to take care of, and if you're needing something else, reach out. We'll take a look and talk through what we can do. I'm here and happy to help.
Will I receive updates while I wait?

Yes. We'll send occasional email updates throughout production, and a tracking number once your planner ships.
